Description Job Summary: The TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track Physician Medical Director performs physical exams and partners with patients to create appropriate, evidence-based, medical treatment plans. Additionally, the Medical Director collaborates with the providers and Clinical Management team on patient cases and offers ongoing mentorship and supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (APRN/PA). The Medical Director assists with the direction and delivery of medical care and is responsible for maintaining relationships and coordinating activities of all providers, clinical staff, and operations. Additionally, the Medical Director assists with the oversight of the development of clinically relevant education, training, and process improvement.
