The Role: The Quality Assurance team is a core part of our Software Engineering organization, playing a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of the software that powers pharmacy automation. Our systems directly support pharmacy workflows and patient outcomes, so quality isn’t just a checkpoint—it’s foundational to everything we build. As a Software Test Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on approach to validating complex, real-world scenarios through thoughtful and thorough manual testing. You’ll partner closely with engineers, product teams, and domain experts to understand how our solutions are used in live pharmacy environments, and translate that into high-impact test coverage. From verifying end-to-end workflows to identifying edge cases that could impact accuracy or efficiency, your work will directly influence the performance and trustworthiness of our products.
