Our Home Health and Hospice team is looking for a part-time Social Worker to join the team! This position pays $32 per hour $1,500 Sign-on Bonus The Heart of What We Do At Auburn Crest Hospice, we believe hospice care is about honoring every moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. As a Hospice Social Worker, you’ll be the emotional anchor for patients and families—helping them navigate the practical, emotional, and spiritual challenges that come with life-limiting illness. You’ll provide counseling, connect families to vital resources, advocate for their needs, and collaborate closely with our nurses, physicians, and spiritual care team. Every day, your work will make a direct impact on someone’s comfort, peace, and well-being.
