Description As a Studio Experience Associate, you are the heartbeat of the studio. You set the tone for every member and guest interaction; from the warm welcome at check-in, to ensuring the studio is clean, safe, and ready for every class. This is a service-first, community-driven role that blends operations, hospitality, and brand energy. Requirements: Member & Guest Experience: - Greet members, first-time visitors, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand pride. - Provide onboarding support for new visitors, including studio tours, class preparation, and account setup. - Proactively engage with members before and after classes to foster community and elevate the member experience. - Assist with locker support, retail inquiries, and account troubleshooting.
