Job Description Canam is seeking a US-based Business Development / Sales representative for the Northeast and Midwest Markets in the USA. The successful candidate will promote the advantages of using steel joists, girders and deck systems to both new and existing customers throughout the Northeast and Midwest USA markets. Responsibilities include business development and conducting sales and marketing activities consistent with our corporate mission. Essential Functions: - Meet the Canam business development objectives as established by Ontario sales office - Identify and qualify companies with building construction needs in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. - Continually research targeted clients profile, needs and develop better building solution offers - Develop new relationships with fabricators and brokers in Northeast and Midwest USA market - Promote Canam products and services in collaboration with consultants to the construction industry - Travel on a regular basis to maintain and build, on established businesses, relationships with clients - Obtain information required to prepare complete estimate - Interpret and explain proposals to customer including...
