Position Summary We are on the lookout for an energetic Casino Porter with an “all about the guest” attitude. Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the cleanliness of the casino and public areas to maintain outstanding experiences for casino guests. Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia’s culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences. Key Accountabilities: - General and specialized cleaning duties in all casino areas including gaming floor, kitchens, and other back of house areas - Responsible for heavy lifting including maneuvering heavy cleaning equipment - Works with cleaning chemicals and operates various cleaning equipment - Provides an exceptional experience for casino internal and external guest s as this position is a high guest contact position - Responsible for washroom cleaning in public and back of house areas. - Finds ways to play...
