The HR Generalist is responsible for influencing or leading various HR activities, including Safety & Sustainability, HR business partnership, maintaining HRIS (SuccessFactors), supporting employee relations and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive tactical approach to support the organization’s strategic goals.
