This is a full-time role and reports to the Operations Manager for ACT and Southern NSW. In this role, you will be key in managing and administering Otis New Equipment (NE) & Modernization (MOD) contracts according to Otis ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP). As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include Ensures that the Installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend site meetings, and deliver projects on budget. Sets project objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.
