Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an Asset Manager. This position is for an asset manager who is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of assets owned by Peraton and s supporting DOW agencies. Maintains, records, and controls property owned by the company. Conducts inventories, arranges disposal of obsolete or no-longer-required materials. Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of company property and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Contacts potential users and negotiates transfers. Conducts property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property administration policies. Maintains auditable records of company property located at government facilities. Other responsiblites include: - Maintain accurate and current records of all network infrastructure assets across the DOW enterprise environment, including hardware configuration, location, and deployment status. - Track and update lifecycle milestone dates for all managed assets, including end of s...
