Job description

Drive end-to-end Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) operations globally - lead controls, manage exceptions, partner with key stakeholders, and support new product launches. As a Senior Associate in the Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) Middle Office team you will support our growing International ETF business. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily end-to-end operational processes specific to ETFs and for coordinating effectively with multiple external vendors and service providers. You will manage and resolve queries from a broad set of internal and external stakeholders - including Portfolio Managers, Traders, the ETF Platform, ETF Capital Markets, and other operations teams - and will contribute to the review, build, and launch of new and innovative ETFs, alongside broader change and project initiatives. The ETF Middle Office team is spread across EMEA/US/India/HK/Australia/Taiwan, providing operational coverage across ETF trade lifecycle events which interacts across all asset classes.
