Who We Are We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open. The Role: Support the Director, Employer Branding & Engagement who leads and implements the look, feel, and overall tone of initiatives aimed at strengthening the USTA’s brand identity and fostering significant connections between employees and volunteers, and the association’s mission, purpose, values, and culture. - Internal Communications - using the content strategy, coordinate with Director of Branding, comms/creative teams and other content contributors to develop content and campaigns using designated channels (social media, CCTV, email, intranet and other direct comms) - Support Director of Employer Branding in managing an in-take process for content including departments inside and outside P+C - Intranet - manage content calendar, publish content on intranet, and coordinate with Analytics team to make determinations moving forward - CC-TV - manage content for all 4 offices,...
