You build strategic partnerships, sharpen our key account structure and turn ambition into measurable growth. You build relationships. You unlock opportunities. You drive performance. Your impact crosses borders and shapes the future of Q8Oils. Your biggest challenge: Drive strategic account growth You develop and execute multi year account plans aligned with global objectives. You identify new opportunities within existing accounts such as new markets, product lines and regions and actively expand your pipeline. You build long term, trust based relationships with decision makers and OEM partners worldwide. Strengthen cross country alignment: You optimize the key account structure across Europe and coordinate pricing, contracts and sales activities between regions.
