Join us as a: Principal Engineer - Processor Architecture (m/f/d) Your mission: Explore and optimize processor micro-architecture for baseband applications. Innovate and develop methodologies to optimize micro-architecture for specific applications. Analyze the latest industrial and academic processor architectures, evaluating trade-offs in power, performance and area. Develop micro-architecture models for quantitative performance benchmarking. Your areas of expertise: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Architecture, Electronical/Electronics Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of computer architectures, architecture modeling and their physical implementation implications. Proven experience in processor design and implementation. Knowledge of VLIW and ASIP design tools is a big plus. Solid understanding of computer systems, including SoC interconnects, memories, compilers and C/Assembly programming.
