About the role Dirac is seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of IT to lead and develop the companys IT function. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the IT strategy that enables Diracs business objectives, supports innovation, and ensures secure, scalable, and reliable technology across the organization. You will work closely with executive management, R&D, and other key stakeholders to ensure that IT capabilities actively contribute to operational excellence, product development, and long-term growth.
