Position Title : Mechanical Associate Director Position Location: Remote - work virtually from anywhere in the United States JOB SUMMARY: The Mechanical Associate Director is a key leadership role within DLB’s Design Department. This position owns the systems that power the department’s growth: staffing and capacity planning, partner / outsourcing management (onshore and offshore), and talent onboarding and development.
