Job Description: Quality Technician – Amico Accessories Richmond Hill, ON: Job Summary: A position in Quality Control is open at a rapidly growing Richmond Hill manufacturing Company. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager in checking products. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Oversee and manage the NCR process and ensure they are closed on a timely manner. - Review returned products (RGAs) and failed products (NCs), and conduct investigation, and report any findings to the Quality Manager and Engineering. - Inspecting and testing incoming materials and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). - Issue SCARs against suppliers and ensure proper Root Cause investigation and Corrective Action. - Provide technical support to service team and customer. - Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science/Quality related field - Expert in NCR and SCAR process is a must - Able to understand mechanical drawings is a must - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must - Great attention to detail and noticing small differences is a must - Familiar with MS Office is a must - Great...
