Job Description Summary As Lead Engineer – Titanium specialist, you will be a key member of the Avio Aero Engineering Material Systems team. You will lead and support Materials and Processes related activities for gearbox products, making sound engineering decisions within your area of responsibility. In this role you will integrate and develop Materials and Process solutions that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex technical issues within your functional area of expertise, contribute to long-term technology and product planning and to the overall business strategy. You will partner and work with internal teams across various engineering departments, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing, as well as with external suppliers. You will leverage your deep expertise in titanium alloys to ensure safe, reliable, and robust designs that meet demanding aerospace program requirements in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
