Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships & Employee Networks, the Associate Director Global AbbVie Employee Networks role is responsible for developing and mobilizing the enterprise Employee Network (including ERGs and Communities) strategy, initiatives, programs, and partnerships to enable our Employee Networks to deliver best-in-class EEDI outcomes for the business while optimizing for regulatory, cultural and competitive factors.
