Purpose and Scope The Salesforce Platform Manager owns and operates Tolmar's Salesforce.com CRM environment, serving as the central point of accountability for platform health, data integrity, and feature development. This role supports Tolmar’s commercial organization primarily field sales, sales leadership, and marketing by ensuring the CRM evolves alongside business needs. They have a combination of deep Salesforce technical expertise with a track record of strong business partnership, acting as both system administrator and strategic collaborator. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Support: - Coordinate with sales leadership to modify sales team structure, onboard and offboard sales representatives, update accounts and contacts, and enhance salesforce objects and classes to meet evolving business needs. - Train and coach sales representatives on Tolmar’s salesforce.com system, reviewing key functionality so they can use the system effectively on their first day in the field - Design and optimize page layouts and salesforce.com reporting based on field feedback to reduce administrative burden, and improve efficiency in call logging - Build and maintain dashbo...
