Servpro provides expert construction services from repairs to full rebuilds. We are seeking a coordinator to work alongside our Project Manager to deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the project. JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Project and Client Coordination skills- Will be scheduling initial site visits for Project Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the stages of the reconstruction project. Administrative and Contract Support- Will be responsible for preparing, sending, and tracking contracts and authorizing documents to our customers.Ensuring all required paperwork is completed, signed, and properly filed.
