Job Description: Portico are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator for a building in central London. The overall aim of the Customer Experience Coordinator is to work alongside the Welcome Host and other service providers to create and uphold a positive visitor experience. The Customer Experience Coordinator will have the chance to create and cultivate the front-end user experience for guests and occupiers of the building. This includes: - This is a hands-on role, with the Customer Experience Coordinator working from the Reception desk and sharing the welcome responsibilities with the Welcome Host.
