Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. The Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas, assisting with light maintenance duties, and supporting a high standard of hospitality and care. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces. - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash. - Assist with room turnover and light maintenance duties, such as minor repairs, painting, and furniture assembly. - Respond promptly to...
