Location: Papendrecht, Netherlands Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Advisor with a background in maritime services, preferably within the offshore sector. The focus of this role is to structure, optimize, and implement international compensation and benefits frameworks for marine crew members. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement international compensation & benefits structures for marine crew. Harmonize employment conditions across multiple countries and contract types. Optimize and maintain job grading and salary structures. Ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer of C&B frameworks and guidelines. Advise HR stakeholders on compensation & benefits topics. Support development and maintenance of C&B policies and procedures. Act as a super user for HR systems and ensure data accuracy. Support annual HR cycles, reporting, and data analysis. Monitor market and regulatory developments and translate into C&B policies. Candidate Profile: Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within international organizations.
