NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. In this role your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Coordinate activities for residents of care and treatment facilities. Qualifications: - Assess resident needs, designs, and implements rehabilitation programs. - Perform skill training, cognitive remediation, job coaching, and behavior management objectives in accordance with treatment plan. - Reinforce appropriate behavior and skills in residential, community, and day/vocational settings, utilizing direct feedback, role-playing, modeling, and behavior modification techniques. - Assist in the planning, scheduling, implementation, and ev...
