At ING, we are continuously improving how our clients and employees experience lending through digital channels. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) to join the Digital Channels squad within the Origination, Advisory & Digital Channels product area of Tribe Lending. In this role, you will focus on designing, improving and embedding end‑to‑end digital journeys across our lending portals and channels, working closely with the Product Manager Digital Channels, engineers, data specialists, and business stakeholders. The team: You will be part of a cross‑functional Digital Channels squad responsible for delivering seamless, reliable and compliant digital experiences for clients and employees throughout the lending lifecycle. The squad works primarily on the Inside Business Portal and related digital channels, ensuring journeys are intuitive, efficient and aligned with both customer needs and regulatory requirements.
