Department: 36913 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Electrophysiology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 4/hour are days and will vary days of the week. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing with three years EP lab experience and one year management or supervisory experience. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Current license as a Registered Nurse in applicable state, CPR certification, and ACLS certification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensures readiness of equipment and supplies and recognizes and reacts appropriately to potential emergencies. 2. Establishes a safe, therapeutic and compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and their significant others. 3. Manages and facilitates quality care. Identifies and implements changes that enhance effectiveness of patient care delivery.
