Job description
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and management of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, projects, and initiatives. This role provides strategic direction to the Williamston management team for risk mitigation, safety best practices, and continuous improvement efforts to drive a zero-injury culture. Ensures strict adherence to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. Responsibilities: · Champion safety as a core BMarko value and foster a positive safety culture. · Identify, prioritize, and execute EHS initiatives aligned with business objectives. · Partner with Learning and Development to design and deliver required EHS training. · Maintain site safety documentation, including SDS, JSA, and ergonomic assessments. · Oversee incident and injury reporting per OSHA and Vertiv standards. · Ensure compliance with EPA requirements (hazardous/non-hazardous waste, stormwater, SARA Title III, EPCRA reporting, wastewater discharge, SPCC Plans, etc.). · Manage Hazmat shipping registration and vendor contracts. · Maintain EHS data collection and reporting systems for KPIs and metrics....
