Job description

In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed. Per Diem - 2 shifts a month 7a-7p + Pay per scan Responsibilities: - Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans - Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures - Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician - Ensuring images are legibly labelled with correct date and patient identification - Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action - Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform...
