Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on post-wafer processing, dicing, or sub-assembly builds. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - Proficiency in configuring and navigating standard operations systems (MES/PLM) to establish manufacturing routes and sequences. - Strong background in data analytics (SQL, Python, JMP, or Tableau) with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and trend identification. - Ability to author high-fidelity Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a technical audience. - Ability to distill complex engineering changes into clear, actionable steps for production technicians.
