DP World is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join its busy Hinckley site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting. Shift Pattern: Rotational shift pattern (SFP): 08:00 – 16:30 12:00 – 20:30 16:00 – 00:30 1 rostered Sunday every 4 weeks (08:00 – 16:30) Key Responsibilities: - Support and lead the team during daily operations - Promote a safe, positive, and collaborative working environment - Monitor shift performance and help achieve operational targets - Support training, coaching, and team development - Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively - Encourage continuous improvement and process consistency - Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and management What We’re Looking For: - At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a fast-paced logistics environment - Confident leadership and strong communication skills - Organised, proactive, and people-focused approach - Ability to analyse problems and make effective decisions - Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment Compensation: DP World offers exciting an...
