Where You Will Work Our office is located in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans, Louisiana. Employees in New Orleans mostly follow a hybrid schedule where they are required to work in office, attend in-person meetings or training and may also collaborate virtually. New Orleans is a popular tourist destination known for its rich history, architecture, cultural arts, music, and cuisine. Many great hotels, galleries, restaurants, and museums are a short walk from the office. What You Will Do: Serve as a technical leader by providing guidance, expertise, and mentorship for engineering projects, technical challenges, and programs. Define and drive leading practices and facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge across teams. Apply subject matter expertise to improve outcomes and support complex programs. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning and guiding initiatives. Interpret theory and practice to senior leadership to support decision-making and recommend solutions based on technical expertise.
