This is a high-profile role supporting the migration of a legacy insurance platform onto a modern cloud-based environment. The programme sits across multiple stakeholder groups, including an insurance provider, a major banking partner, internal technology teams, and senior business stakeholders. The client needs someone who can bring structure, confidence, and commercial judgement to a complex delivery environment. This is less about being the deepest technical expert in the room and more about being the person who can bring people with them, manage senior relationships, ask the right questions, and keep delivery moving.
