Reports to: Director of Quality Supervises: QA/QC Inspectors: Works closely with: Project Engineer, Project Manager, Lead Superintendent, Superintendents, Owners, Engineers Position Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the project-specific Quality Program for high voltage EPC projects, including substations, transmission systems, and associated civil and electrical scopes. This role ensures all work is executed in accordance with contract requirements, engineering specifications, and AHV quality standards while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a representative of Applied High Voltage (AHV), promoting company standards, policies, and a culture of accountability, quality, and execution excellence. Lead and manage the project Quality Program across all scopes including civil, structural, and high voltage electrical work. Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction leadership to ensure QA/QC resources are effectively deployed and supported.
