Mission Home’Bank is the flagship product of ING: available, secure and relevant in our clients’ lives. As part of the team you will help to create the Home’Bank experience of tomorrow evolving the communication solutions with customers (push notifications, inbox, banners). About the team: You will join a collaborative and high ‑ performing product team focused on shaping the digital communication experience in Home’Bank . We work closely in an agile setup, take ownership end ‑ to ‑ end, and continuously innovate to deliver relevant, customer ‑ centric solutions at scale. Your day to day: Work in a cross ‑ functional squad and participate in all team ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily, retrospective, demos). Maintain and develop Home’Bank features in line with the squad’s purpose and objectives . Develop new products, services and related processes across the full product lifecycle, with focus on customer experience. Together with the Innovation & UX Center Of Expertise team, you use ING standards to explore customer issues / needs and validate solutions before deciding if and how to implement product development initiatives.
