Description This position is currently open, we are accepting applications. Prevailance is seeking an experienced Training Systems Curriculum Specialist to provide onsite curriculum development, conversion, and authoring-tool support to Learning Standards Offices ( LSOs ) across the Surface Combat Systems Training Command ( SCSTC ) domain. This role focuses on modifying existing curriculum, converting courseware between Navy-authoring tools, and providing hands-on training and guidance to government and instructor personnel. The ideal candidate is a cleared military curriculum development professional (preferably with an Adult Education or Instructional Design degree ) who has hands-on experience using at least one Navy or DoD authoring tool (Content Planning Module ( CPM ), Authoring Instructional Materials ( AIM ), and Learning Engine Authoring Development ( LEAD )), can provide SME-level guidance to LSOs, deliver tool-focused training , and support enterprise-wide curriculum conversion and tracking efforts across SCSTC .
