Program Analyst, Senior I: Labor Category: Program Analyst, Senior I Clearance Level: Secret: Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD Organization: PM Command and Control Transport ( PM C2T ), Product Manager Mounted Command & Control ( PdM M2T2 ) Salary: 120K-160K Annual; Commensurate with Education/Experience Position Overview: The Senior I Program Analyst provides expert-level support for all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution ( PPBE ) process for PdM M2T2 within PM C2T . This role is responsible for the formulation, execution, and monitoring of program resources, ensuring alignment with Army missions and organizational goals. The analyst operates with a high degree of independence, coordinating across Department of the Army (DA) staff, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and industry partners to manage complex financial and acquisition data at Aberdeen Proving Ground .
