Company: Student Quarters Community: Edge: Reports To: General Manager: Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt/hourly,: Work Location: One location, On-site: Compensation: $20-$22.50 per hour: Summary : Responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of the apartment community. This role supports the preservation and enhancement of the property’s value by completing service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. The Maintenance Technician works to maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction by providing prompt, quality service while ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
