Post Location-Palmdale Schedule- Part-time, 10-20 hours per week. Shifts begin at either 1000 or 1500 (approximately). Your hours are merit based, measured through your attendance, performance, and conduct. Weekends required. Terms- 90-day probationary period, part-time, at-will. Observe, take appropriate action, report. Pay Range- $17.50+ USD per hour. Must Have: - Active Guard Card (California) - Driver’s License-clean driving record - Driving required 50% - 1 or more years of professional experience in the security industry - Complete resume, up to date. REQUIRED - Reliable personal transportation and working cell phone - Clear background - Two professional references (not relatives) - Professional appearance and demeanor - High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred - Physically able to walk and/or drive continuously for 2+ hour periods Preferred skill set: - 3+ years of experience in the professional security industry - Active site experience, meaning constantly moving, engaging, taking appropriate action.
