TITLE: Territorial Assistant Executive Director o Human Resources DEPARTMENT: Human Resources: STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt: SALARY: $175,000 - $190,000: THE SALVATION ARMY MISSION: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. MAJOR FUNCTION: Works to further the mission of The Salvation Army. Is the secondary resource for management leadership among all Human Resource administrative personnel in the Western Territory. Covers duties for the Executive Director when he/she is out of the office. Assists in the development of uniform territorial policies for Human Resource administration consistent with changing laws in thirteen western states. Assists in the development and execution of training programs for administrators and field supervisors within the Territory.
