Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Health & Benefits (H&B) Consultant , you will assist with managing consulting engagements with 100 - 5,000 lives employers regarding their medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans and programs. You may be assisting with negotiations with benefits carriers and vendors to secure health and welfare plan coverage for these employers and will be acting as the client manager. You will be working alongside a team, including a Relationship Manager, who is responsible for the overall client relationship. We will count on you to contribute towards: Supporting complex client engagements, including overall service delivery, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, business placement, benchmarking, and other studies.
