SME's Co-op assignment begins in mid-May and requires a commitment to work full-time though early-December 2026. There is no minimum number of years of college education to apply for our Co-op program, but our Summer Internships are only available to those who have previously completed a Co-op with SME. Your Co-op experience begins with an orientation/training period lasting several weeks followed by on-the-job training with full-time SME Team Members. Responsibilities: Requirements: Benefits: - Provide technical support in an efficient and accurate manner using ticketing system, phone, and in-person support to end-users across multiple offices. - Regular travel may be required to regional office locations (MI, IN, OH) to provide in office support. - Document and track user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Provide technical support for various software applications. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. - Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. - Configure new computers, tablets, desk phones, mobile phones, digital signs, televisions, printers and other equipment as requested. - Capture and restore computer images. - Maintain hardware b...
