The Production Supervisor is responsible for training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, safely maximize quality, and leading employees to improve. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Superintendent in leading production. Responsible for shift safety activities to include housekeeping, and working with the Production employees and shift maintenance to address any safety concerns that can be remedied on shift Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders, and assign duties Interface with others in the company to ensure customer deadlines are met. Inspect and measure parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
