Symons Clark Logistics is looking for detail-focused Administrator to join our regional mining operations team in Adelaide. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, managing rostering and reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Process employee timecards and maintain rosters, ensuring payroll accuracy - Maintain precise employee and driver records, ensuring all data is current and compliant - Manage site documentation, reporting, and data entry with a high level of accuracy - Verify job data to support timely and accurate invoicing - Assist with compliance checks and prepare transport/operational reports - Provide administrative support across onboarding, communications, and daily operations About You: stakeholder...
