At Factorial, we are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Marketing team and lead high-impact content initiatives that make our customers fall in love with Factorial and boost their lifetime value. This is not a generalist role: we’re looking for a content specialist with a strong creative and copywriting profile who will act as a global reference for content within the team. You’ll lead end-to-end content projects, elevate the quality of our communications, and bring powerful storytelling into everything we launch. For this position, we are looking for a mid-senior profile with at least 5 years of experience in content, copywriting, or creative roles. Experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus, but not a must.
