TITLE: Extrusion Technician B POSITION OBJECTIVE: The operator's primary function is to keep the lines running to produce products that are manufactured to specification in the safest and most efficient manner possible. QUALIFICATIONS: - GED or HS diploma - One to 3 years manufacturing environment experience preferred. - Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities. - Must be able to speak, read and write the English language - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Must observe all safety precautions and regulations at all times in all areas where duties are performed. Will be responsible for reporting all safety hazards and potential unsafe - working conditions.
