Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $56,600 - Midpoint: $73,600 (Salaried E9) Department/Organization: 200019 - Capstone Center for Student Success Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Undergraduate Research Program Manager develops, plans, and executes several student-oriented programs within the Office for Undergraduate Research (OUR) including all aspects of the Research Apprenticeship Program, the Student Led Research Grants Program, and the Research Roundtable Program. Manages multiple program budgets. Provides supervision for graduate and undergraduate student office staff. Supports benchmarking, assessment, and evaluation of programs/data to guide future planning. Serves as the logistics liaison for large-scale programs hosted by OUR, including the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Conference (URCA), Faculty Research Showcase, and OUR Paper Writing competition. May have teaching responsibilities for UA 155 or UA 156, the courses associated with the Emerging Scholars Program. Travels as needed to recruit for the Research Apprenticeship Program.
