Overview Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a hands-on Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to join the team supporting central and north Florida practices. The Regional Director of Operations will focus on implementing effective strategies and executing operational tactics in their region with the goal of enhancing practice level performance and growth. As a valued member of our team, the Regional Director of Operations will receive a highly competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, annual performance bonus and incentive equity .
