Job DetailsJob Location: The Woodlands Township - The Woodlands, TX 77381Position Type: Full-timeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $62,437.83 - $70,000.00 SalaryJob Category: FacilitiesSummary of Duties: Under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities, this position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of staff involved in the maintenance and repair of Township building structures and grounds. The Facilities Supervisor will support staff as needed and perform the following duties. Emergency Response Responsibilities: During emergency conditions, subject to being called to work in the event of a disaster, such as a hurricane, or other emergency situation and are expected to perform emergency service duties, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of staff to ensure operational efficiency, including coordinating tasks across departments and managing schedules of assigned employees. Supervise grounds maintenance activities, such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed removal, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
