We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Team Leader (SDTL) to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading responsive and programmed works across critical service delivery lines. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and coordinate service delivery across responsive maintenance, capital upgrades, and vacant works, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Supervise and support Delivery Service Supervisors, fostering clarity, accountability, and high performance. Monitor and analyse service performance, implementing corrective actions to meet and exceed contract KPIs. Champion Zero Harm principles, ensuring safety and compliance across all operational activities. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government bodies and regulatory authorities. What You’ll Bring: Must have a valid drivers licence.
