HOME WW Pricing lead Description -: Job Summary: In this position, you will be part of Home Printing Solutions business team WW, with focus on Hardware and will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing pricing and promo strategies to drive Business profitable growth, ensure price harmonization across markets, and protect margin guardrails while supporting business and market objectives. The role acts as the central point of coordination between Product Management, Business Management, Finance, and Markets on all pricing-related topics. Key Responsibilities: Pricing, Promo Strategy & Governance: - Define and own the pricing framework by category and market, aligned with overall business strategy and profitability guardrails. - Lead price harmonization efforts across markets, identifying risks, gaps and corrective actions. - Drive Pricing Guidance (PPG), PIT analysis (competitors pricing), and IFS2 tracking, ensuring disciplined pricing execution. - Review competitive pricing moves and recommend strategic responses at market/country level in partnership with PM and BM teams.
